HURRICANE PASS – GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK, WY

this is an original polaroid emulsion lift transferred onto heavy watercolor paper. the original polaroid was taken on a 5 day backpacking trip on the teton crest trail. it was august of 2025. the process of the emulsion lift is available to view on the artist instagram account @DYLANGACHESART. the image of hikers trekking on the hurricane pass section featuring the grand tetons in the distance was captured on polaroid i-2 camera with 600 film reclaimed green. not to mention, this was limited edition film which adds value to this unique product.

signed and dated by the photographer, DYLAN GACHES, ensuring authenticity and a personal touch. presented in a 5”x5” natural wood grain display frame, this original is both display-ready and preserved for longevity.
